Reasons not to clean out your cabinets

Today I cleaned out the cabinets above my much loved washer and dryer (click here to read about the love affair) and I found TEN different Swiffer products. Swiffer dusting gloves, Swiffer Wet, Swiffer Dry, Swiffer refills etc.....I am chronic repeat buyer I am learning (as seen in my pantry from Noah's Arc)....but seriously? TEN? And the real comedy is that NONE of them are opened. So now I call it the "cabinet of good intentions"......

Dang, that washer/dryer is sweet! I have never purchased my own washer or dryer. The two houses I've bought have each came with an older set. I actually WANT them to break down so I can go buy some cool, new ones. But they just won't break. And I'm too cheap to buy new ones unless my old ones die first.

Tell me you made that cartoon. I am trying to laugh silently here, while everyone sleeps, but that cartoon may wake up the whole house.

My dad has been on my mom for years telling her to make a list when she shops. I swear she could go a good couple of months without grocery shopping and they wouldn't even make a dent in their inventory of STUFF.

Shoot, I'll never look at squirt guns or maxi pads the same way again.

I can totally see the 10 packages of products, but in my house, each would be opened, with one item removed. I'm creative that way.

I've given you an award at my blog. Please stop by to get it!

Phew. I'm glad there's now an official name for this problem, because I have it, too....

Not only do I have a cleaning cabinet of good intentions but I also have one for scrapbooking that is just sad and pathetic.

That cartoon is HILARIOUS!! Did you make it? If so, I'd love to put it on my blog at some point and link back to you. Still cracking up.
